Seyval Blanc 2006

The ideal summer white, with the nose and palate showing lemon and honeysuckle. Made from 100% Hudson Valley grapes and aged in stainless steel, our Seyval Blanc has a rich mouthfeel that will match well with light fish and chicken dishes containing butter or cream. Seyval Blanc 2006 is $14.

Rose NV

With lots of red fruit and good acidity on the palate this is the perfect wine for sipping on a Summer afternoon. Those in the know know that Rose is back in style, so be the envy of your friends. Our Rose NV is $10.

Red Barn Red NV

This stainless-aged, light-bodied, fruity red is meant to be drunk young and goes well with pizza, burgers, roast chicken, salads, quiche, and light tomato sauces. Serve it chilled as an aperitif at your next barbeque! Red Barn Red is $12.

Merlot 2005

A fruity medium-bodied Merlot with hints of cherry, strawberry and a touch of oak. Drink this versatile wine with everything from chicken and pork to heavier fish dishes. Merlot 2005 $14.

Reserve Merlot 2005

A medium-bodied Merlot with riper fruits and heavier tannins than the Merlot 2005, this wine favors steaks, roasts and chops, while still having enough acidity and fruit to nicely complement heavier chicken dishes. Reserve Merlot 2005 is $16.

Fraise NV

Winner of three medals, including a Double Gold at the Big E, Fraise is our wonderful dessert wine made from fresh Hudson Valley strawberries grown near the winery. If you think you don't like sweet wines, or you think you don't like fruit wines, you ought to try Fraise. It has the fragrance and taste of strawberries and its sweetness is perfectly balanced by a tart acidity. This is a low-alcohol dessert wine that is perfect before or after a meal, mixed with champagne, or poured over ice cream or fruit. Fraise is $22 a half-bottle (375 ml).

Cassis NV

Cassis is a rich, tart, sweet dessert wine made from local blackcurrants, some spices and a dash of Hudson Valley honey. It is ideal sipped after dinner and also as a a festive aperitif when mixed with dry white wine or champagne. Or try it over vanilla ice cream or over your favorite dessert. Cassis is $35 for 375 ml.
